1. REQUIREMENTS TO PLACE ORDERS / PURCHASES
To place an order on the Website you must:

2. OUR RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE
The fulfillment of all orders on the Website will be subject to availability. 4. SENDING THE ORDER
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product and the transit time to the selected destination.
a) Orders are dispatched urgently in 24/48 hours and are usually delivered in 1-2 days in the peninsular area and in about 1 week in the islands as well as in most European countries. Although we cannot guarantee these deadlines, we try to ensure that the transport company meets them whenever possible.
b) An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. 6.1 General return conditions
You can send us your order back exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days as long as the products have not been used, they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

6.2 Return conditions for electric bicycles with a trial period of 30 days 50 km
You can send us your order back exercising your right to refund or replace the product at no cost within a maximum period of 30 calendar days as long as the returned product:
It was purchased through our website.
It has been used less than 50 km.
Contains no bumps, marks or physical damage.
It has been returned in its original packaging in the same conditions in which it was sent and with all the accessories and documentation that the package contained.
To request a refund or replacement, the customer should contact Legend eBikes via our contact form within 30 calendar days after the product is delivered.
We will assist the client to help him prepare the return of the product and with the choice of the carrier.The shipping costs to our warehouses will be returned in full by Legend eBikes once the condition of the merchandise has been verified within a maximum period of 14 days.
If the return conditions are correct, we proceed to make a full refund (including the price paid on the web and shipping and return costs) of the order through a bank transfer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
In case of returning the product in non-original condition (bumps, marks, physical damage or missing accessories), we can make a depreciation of the value of the product equivalent to the necessary reconditioning costs.
