APPLICABILITY

These general conditions will apply to: product orders available at www.legendebikes.com (the “Website”) made by consumers in Spain; and the use of all the information, documents, graphics, movies, features, music or other services of the Website.

1. REQUIREMENTS TO PLACE ORDERS / PURCHASES

To place an order on the Website you must:

a) be at least 16 years old

b) be a consumer – not a distributor

2. OUR RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE

The fulfillment of all orders on the Website will be subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order or cancel the purchase contract after automatic order confirmation in the following situations (among others), in which we will be exempt from any liability for damages, damages or costs (all payments will be refunded):

3. CHECK DATA

When you send us your order we can make some checks on it before proceeding to process it. These checks may include verifying your address, solvency and verifying possible fraud. Suspicions of fraud on www.legendebikes.com will be investigated and, if necessary, legal action will be brought against them.

4. SENDING THE ORDER

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product and the transit time to the selected destination.

a) Orders are dispatched urgently in 24/48 hours and are usually delivered in 1-2 days in the peninsular area and in about 1 week in the islands as well as in most European countries. Although we cannot guarantee these deadlines, we try to ensure that the transport company meets them whenever possible.

b) An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. During the next 24 hours the customer must verify the products received and expose to LEGEND EBIKES the objections that may exist. After these 24 hours, the delivery will be accepted and claims will not be accepted for damage or failure with the shipment.

c) In case of incident you can communicate it through our contact form, indicating the order number and the problem it presents. Once the incident is received, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a solution.

5. GUARANTEES

All material sold in our online store benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity, the legal guarantee of hidden defects and the guarantee of LEGEND EBIKES. Directive 1999/44 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 applies on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods.
